Harvest Energy Garden
Harvest’s Energy Garden in Bay Lake, Florida will turn organic materials into clean, renewable energy and fertilizers. The facility uses a wet anaerobic digestion technology to turn over 100,000 tons per year of mixed organic materials, enough to fill 10,000 garbage trucks, into renewable energy and natural soil amendments. The Energy Garden is currently under development and will open in 2013.
