    This is a great article and congratulations to Harvest! More people are becoming aware of Anaerobic Digestion and I can foresee a time when we have recycle bins for our food in order to feed this machine. We throw away SO much food in our homes and restaurants. I wonder who will be first to market with a seal-able (for the smell of decomposing food) recycle bin for homes and restaurants and businesses so we can stop just throwing it away. Seems like maybe a foreign concept, but recycling at home has become almost second nature and a HUGE market, so hopefully this idea catches on, too.
