Harvest Power California, LLC's site in Tulare, CA, formerly known as Tulare County Compost and Biomass Inc., provides the region's robust agricultural community with top quality compost, mulch products and custom blending to meet customer specifications.

Our roots in Tulare County go deep. With decades of experience making top quality soil blends, and proven leadership establishing sustainable greenwaste recycling practices throughout the region, we help the Central Valley thrive. Some key members of our team include:

Sue Shannon helped start the business in 1993 and continues as part-owner, part-advisor. Sue’s family has been in agri-business for decades. A native resident of Tulare CA, she continues to build connections with neighbors and communities across the land.

John Jones is the General Manager of operations. John has run the site since 1996. He serves an instrumental role at collaborating with community groups, agencies and customers to make sure the site is moving forward hand-in-hand with the region.

Jerry Ibarra ensures everything moves smoothly. By routine maintenance and regular check-ins with the crew, Jerry keeps materials flowing the site efficiently and effectively.
